About

Hi I’m Luke, I am passionate about all wildlife especially mustelids.

I live on the Norfolk and Suffolk border and have some beautiful countryside around me. I have always been inquisitive about stoats and weasels, probably because of their elusiveness and the seemingly only fleeting glimpses you seem to see of them, as well as being envious at the never ending energy they seem to have.

I first realised there was a need to care for them within this region when whilst out bird watching I stumbled across a poorly young stoat(Bramble). After waiting some time to check the mother wasn’t going to return to her I decided to scoop her up.

I took advice from a few local centres and then was guided through the care and rehabilitation process by Andrew Gray of Mustelid Rescue UK and Robert Fuller a wildlife artist, film maker and rehabilitator.

Ever since I have been happy to take on any that have found themselves in a spot of bother. My aim is to rehabilitate any stoat or weasel and return them to their wild home.
